I loved the design of Jennifer miller jewelry and spent over $3,600 just within a week. However some of the color stone item I purchased from online werenāt as I expected. I went to store to see if I can change for the same item with different colored one.
$1,290 sapphire diamonds earringsā color was too light, and not clear. I wanted for something more darker. Same as $715 emerald diamonds necklace. There was scratches on the surface and I requested to change to same item in the store.
I checked online customer service in advance and they told me I could change.
However the lady at the store was very arrogant and was not willing to help me. Instead she kept telling me the quality of stones was perfect.
Anyone who is knowledgeable with jewelries would not say light blue sapphire with a lot of grey inclusion is perfect and high quality one.. which is totally wrong.
I was not expecting the best quality stone for its price, but I just wanted to choose the best one for me. The staff should understand each color stone has different colors and itās normal to choose the best one for the customer.
There are a lot of similar designed jewelry shop with much better customer service, I DO NOT recommend to buy from here.

I wanted to return the Jennifer Miller item because it was very small and it was not the quality I am used to (I usually buy David Yurman or Ippolita or Roberto Coin from reputable stores like Saks or Neiman or Bloomingdales or Nordstrom).
Jennifer Miller claimed they never received my returned item. I could not believe how I was treated including by the President Mark Ehret who sent me emails I believe were meant to intimidate me and stop me from writing this review, when I demanded a refund for the item I returned.
Jennifer Miller Jewelry has terrible customer service. I would strongly recommend against shopping here. They do not have a good return policy in my opinion and they claim I did not return my item.

The store team, along with owner Mark and DM Jessica were engaging and gracious with their time. They helped my friend order a custom piece and we left knowing we had found a very cool store. In September we stopped in to the Lexington Ave store and ran into Jessica. She recalled meeting us. We were shopping for two gifts and found exactly what we wanted, but could not put identical gifts together with the stores on hand stock.
