Update: Business owner has resorted to personal attacks and lies regarding the in person as well as email communication that took place. Possibly another huge red flag - you may be risking your reputation by telling the truth. Also, since I am not white and do not use regular tanning services, their treatment throughout and in this response they are exhibiting extremely racist behavior. Notice their choice of words regarding 'black' cloud.

Very confusing cancellation policy, beware. They cancel out all your booked appointments during the one week free trial if you cancel your auto pay just so you’re not billed. Any subscription service will let you continue with your trial if you choose not to opt for your cc to get charged before the date, since that is what everyone does, especially if I’m out of town the following week why would I let them charge me $90. My first session was Aug 16. Seems they are hoping people will forget to cancel their credit card auto charge and if you’re smart enough to opt out of autopay, they punish you by forfeiting even the one week trial that you were offered to begin with. Communication is awful: they do not tell you about taking a credit card on file when you book a trial session, the front desk also does not give you proper instructions, all they say is to cancel via the website, nothing about losing access to the free trial if you do it sooner than at the one week mark even upon asking that question. All they say is they can’t cancel it and you have to go to the website. In the same breath I was told by the front desk the following: ‘you have a one week trial’, ‘we are really busy so there aren’t any availabilities this week’ and sarcastically ‘you are getting a free session!’ I think they’re going to have a lot of billing issues going forward with the lack of any...
