AVOID!!! Terrible service, dishonest (and righteously so) owner, stale-looking food. We asked for a small portion to give it a try, and the owner tried to sneak in extra food. When we called her out (politely at first), she immediately started rolling her eyes (repeatedly) and was showing a lot of attitude. She was then reluctant to do anything we asked her to (hey, at that point we were still willing to give her a chance and were trying to get some other products). It escalated quickly, and while we remained respectful - albeit more and more frank about her dishonest behavior - she defended herself as “I have to make my business work” (by cheating your customers?!). There is no way to reason with her. We decided not to buy anything because she was so horribly disrespectful. She then cursed at us when we left (oh yes, she used the c word). Unbelievable behavior. Stumbled across this gem whilst strolling through China town. The fillings and flavour were delicious! You don't have to buy a set of 6, you can just buy individual buns. We bought 2, which was handy, as we just finished a late lunch.

The server was super nice. He was multilingual and able to translate the names of the products from Chinese to English. Additionally, the server gave us an extra bun 😁. The items were well priced, regardless of the discount or freebies 😍.

I love this place. The staff is happy and eager to help you get the food that you want.

I walk my dog near their closing time and they always load me up with extra stuff if I arrive late.

They are very appreciative of a kind smile and a nice deposit into the tip jar, which often gets met with more extra stuff.
