Unfortunately, when I stopped by yesterday, (Saturday) my experience was very disappointing. The store was busy, with three people working. After waiting about 10 minutes, I asked one of the staff members if I could pick up my broken bracelet that I had dropped off a few weeks ago to be fixed, but I did't have a receipt and I showed her a photo of my bracelet. Instead of helping, she raised her voice at me in front of everyone and said she didn’t know who I was. Her response was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was heavier than the other staff members.

I reminded her that I’ve been a loyal customer for several years, but she still refused to help. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in and was much kinder. She asked for my name and phone number, and although she was able to find a crystal I had dropped off months ago for cleaning, she couldn’t locate the bracelet I came for. She suggested I call another employee (a very sweet lady who had helped me on a previous and work on Sunday).

I truly believe crystals carry positive energy, which makes it even more disappointing that someone with such a negative and hostile attitude is working there.

Went here with my girlfriend to have our Auras photographed, yeah that's right aura photographs! Very cool and I believe this to be the only spot in NYC to do so. I was a little skeptical but enjoyed the experience immensely, after your photo is taken and developed you receive an interpretation of your aura by a staff member and both my girlfriend and I found it to be pretty spot on. The space is pretty small and you need to get buzzed in, it can get very cramped when it is busy especially on weekends, I also imagine you will get a more detailed reading when they are less busy. We went on a weekday around closing time and we got a good amount of time. There are also crystals for sale and the staff can recommend certain ones to balance your Chi based on your aura photo, I think there are much better spots in NYC for crystals but they have a nice selection. Be sure to check out the "crystal chair" in the corner where a can catch some good vibes and rebalance your chi. I will definitely be back again to see how my aura...

I really wanted to like this place, but one of the women who does the readings had a really awful attitude towards us.

There was a review from a year ago where another customer mentioned about getting the reading from the woman with short hair. We had the exact same experience as that customer. First of all, she did a reading for a customer who came after us, which was fine because we were hoping to get a reading from the woman with gray hair, we were listening to her explain a reading for a group of people and she was so kind, thorough, and smiley. Unfortunately, we were stuck with the other "reader" and said two negative things about the aura color and repeated herself over and over and pushed us to buy crystals.
