DISGRACEFUL!!! . I contacted the shop owner after my mother purchased a statue for $117. The statue was wrapped flimsily in tissue paper. My mother asked for bubble wrap or a box but there was nothing to give her and so she was careful, but all the same when she got home an unwrap the statue, she saw that an arm had fallen off. In addition she realized that the fourth arm was completely missing. My mother is not familiar with Tibetan or Nepali religious goods. She wasn't aware that there should be a fourth arm however the shopkeeper who sold it to her should have know it was missing. I contacted the owner who proceeded to blame my mother and to defend herself by saying that she's just a small shop. She won't replace the item. She won't even look for the missing arm. I am entirely disgusted and the joke here is the name of the shop. A business such as this which has the nerve to have karma in its name and then treat a customer this way -- it is...

Do not shop here. The store keeper at the Park Slope location, a woman with glasses, was extremely rude. We were browsing around the store, with a genuine interest in purchasing something, and going through the racks of clothes. The store keeper, who was on a phone call, stopped her call and asked in English if we were looking for something specific to which we said very politely we’re just browsing; but thank you. She returns to her phone call and says in Bangla “don’t unnecessarily touch/bother anything then.” We speak Bangla. She must not have realized. So as we left I said to her in Bangla “if we’re such a bother we don’t have to shop here” and she started yelling behind us as we left. I didnt stop to hear what she had to say. Extremely rude and aggressive. Stay away. If you don’t speak Bangla you never know what...

I have been dealing with them for many years at fairs and at markets in lower manhattan, but this year is different due to covid and they do not have any fairs or markets....I ordered a few jumpsuits and so did my friend who lives in Florida....they are beautifully made and the fabric is top notch....I love everything I buy from them..... If you have any doubts, DONT!!!! you will be highly satisfied with all your purchases...... Miss you guys and hope to see you soon!!!!! Regards...
