KLAW footwear Inc — Local services in New York

I bought these shoes right before Black Friday (November 2024) in the color white in two sizes because I wanted to make sure the shoe would fit correctly. I received the shoes 7-10 days later. Tried them on and they didn’t fit me right, I’ve got pretty wide feet. I emailed Klaw Footwear for a return label on 12/10/2024 (this is how they tell you to do returns on their website) I sent a follow up email asking for the return labels. Max responded back on 12/15/2024 with the shipping label for UPS. Klaw Footwear received the two shoe returns on 12/30/2024. No email was sent from Klaw Footwear that they received it or anything. I found out by tracking the label Max sent me. Therefore, I sent a follow up email on 1/16/2025 asking about my refund. I did not get a response. I only got their auto generated email indicating “Hello - This is to let you know that we have received your email and rest assured we will respond to it within 24 - 48 hours (not including weekends).” I sent three more emails and no response back from Klaw Footwear.

I have tried calling the phone they have listed and it goes to a French man’s voicemail. It doesn’t go to Klaw Footwear. I called it a few more times and a man answers and then hangs up. I’ve reached out to their Facebook and left a message there. All I’m asking for is my refund for both shoes as it clearly shows Klaw Footwear has the returned shoes.

Has anyone else had any problems with returns? I can’t find anything else on issues with returns. Or, is Klaw Footwear taking these negative comments out and removing them? Please let me know if you are also having return issues with Klaw Footwear and what your story is and did you get...

Was looking for a great walking shoe for Disney. Saw recommendations so thought I would try. I may change this review as some say the shoe needs a "breakin" period. Waiting to see if the stiffness in the toe box that rubs the toes leaves. The shoe makes a lot of noise. Bend the ankle and squeak, take a step squeak, wiggle toes squeak. Never had squeak shoes before so I shall if that changes. The toe box does seem wider which is nice and the ankle is still small enough. However, if the squeaks or the toe box issue continues will not be keeping. After sitting wearing these and hearing the noise and walking around the house at most 2 hours my feet hurt and noise was too irritating decided I just need to return. I saw online 24 hours and they send you a return label. But have also seen if you wore them at all no returns. Should be interesting to see how easy a return is on a noisy...

KLAW 528 shoes: After one year and about 2000 miles of daily use at work & recreational walking, I am finally ready to comment on these shoes.

These shoes took some time to get fully conformed to my feet and gait, as noted in the information provided by Klaw. After break-in, these shoes eliminated foot pain I was having which always seemed to be caused by other shoes. Much appreciated.

The durability of these shoes has been exceptional. I have finally consumed the soles, but nothing else I have ever worn has held up this well. The uppers and inner components are all still in excellent condition.

Worthy of note - Although not a key feature of these shoes, the water resisitance of these is very good. I walk outdoors year round and it is nice to get back inside and not have soggy feet.
