I rarely leave reviews, but I needed to leave a review on this place immediately because the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Vivian with a huge smile. I automatically felt right at ease! She immediately showed me around and my first impression was this place was immaculate. The music playing was soft and relaxing. It was pristine, clean everywhere not a speck of dirt… The air smelled so clean not chemically at all! The first room, Vivian showed me with the hydra-facial deluxe machine was amazing, I've never seen one before, and she was very knowledgeable about it… I actually do want to try it and see what that's about… Then she showed me the other rooms where the micro needling and 24k gold facial treatments were performed. I was extremely impressed because I had micro needling once before and I was not happy with that experience at the other place at all! That place compared to LaQueen was like night and day… the other place had told me I would barely feel anything but it was very painful … I am deathly afraid of needles! I had to stop, but at La Queen I barely felt any pain at all, Alice was wonderful and made the process very smooth and SO relaxing. This experience was 1 million times better than my first experience and I am so happy that I had decided to try micro needle therapy again because I was turned off by my first experience!!! Anyway, lol I was shown where we can go and relax and enjoy a cup of tea after your session, there were beautiful couches, I was just happy to be there… And comparing La Queen to my previous experience at other places you can just tell that they put their customers first! Even the bathrooms were immaculate, If I’m in the area I’m coming here if I have to use the bathroom lol, I just want to try all three of those experiences one day and just take the whole day. It really is a happy place to be! If you're looking for a place of blissful, relaxation, where you can get away from it all and find happiness, a nice, clean, welcoming… I don't know "just a happy place" I would highly recommend La Queen. I will be coming back here over and over and over again, and for the price you cannot beat it! Their customer service is impeccable, especially Vivan and Alice! I can't say enough praises high enough about them, their positive and energetic energy bounces off of them on to you, they are just awesome all around… Their products and services are unbeatable… Try them out… They will exceed your every expectation over 100%! The establishment is clean, but I won't be returning for a facial. It was my first time here, and the initial experience left much to be desired. Making an appointment involved a phone call and a mandatory $50 deposit via Zelle to secure a slot.

My overall experience was subpar, primarily due to a lack of consideration from my facialist. During the pimple extraction, the facialist had a tissue in one hand that covered my nose, making it hard to breathe. The pimple extractions were extremely painful, resulting in a red, slightly swollen face that remained painful for a day, with lingering red marks after 48 hours. Despite repeatedly expressing my difficulty breathing during the mask application, my concerns were consistently ignored. Even after creating a hole in the mask for myself to breathe, the issue persisted.

Furthermore, there was unwarranted pressure to opt for an expensive hydration treatment, despite my preference for a basic facial. Another staff member joined in pushing for the upgrade during my session. Additionally, my non-Chinese background became a focal point on multiple occasions, with comments from my facialist, the front desk receptionist, and another employee. While I understand the establishment's Chinese orientation, communication in English was feasible and had been established without issue. Absolutely love the atmosphere, but got very upset with the past visit. I know exactly what I m here for. I m here to relax while getting your treatments. So don't try to stress me out and brain wash me for something else before I even enter the room. Supposed to have 3 treatments done but obviously the time spent on these treatments were cut short, real short. Maybe she thought that I fell sleep?? So decided to short change me?? Come on, I wasn't born yesterday. I understand you want to make your commission but don't push or hard sell any of your services or products. It disgusts me.
