Warning!!!!!! do not go to Lash Forever Eyelash Extensions !!!! The eye lashes do not last, not even a week. The more you go to Lash Forever Eyelash Extensions, the less eye lashes you'll see after they are done. If you complain, they argue, even if they are wrong!!!!!!. My daughter used to go to Eye Lash Forever, until she discovered her eye lashes were getting less every time she went. Finally, she decided to go to another place. They did it perfectly and for much LESS, AND NO PENALTY!!!!! Now she understands, Lash Forever Eyelash Extensions, were cheating her of money and eye lashes. Lash Forever Eyelash Extensions are very argumentative and rude. Lash Forever Eyelash Extensions, do not understand CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!!!! The customers need to be PLEASED and compensated. The Lash Forever Eyelash Extension needs to understand, their business is based on Happy Customers NOT HAPPY EMPLOYEES, who charge penalties to teach their customers a lesson. I personally DO NOT recommend this type of business. Lash Forever Eyelash Extensions believe to charge customers penalty to teach people to be punctual? or at list that's what they say !!! or is it to rip off everyone???? or take advantage of people who believe in being beautiful? or probably Lash Forever Eyelash Extensions think people are willing to pay anything and take insults just for beauty? or probably they think people are vulnerable? What ever their reason is,,,,CUSTOMERS are always right!!!!! and customers need to be compensated not to pay penalties for wanting to look beautiful. I have been going here for over a year. They were great at first, and then all of their lash artists started leaving. My lashes would last three weeks at first, then after their good artists left, within the week they would all be falling off.

Recently, the artists have been pulling my eyes, putting the tape on my water line and eyeball, and making my eyes feel like they're on fire the entire time.

My last apt, the artist who did my lashes, after the fact, told the receptionist that she wasn't able to do them well because I had a lot of mascara residue on them. I asked the receptionist why she didn't tell me because I would have taken it of. Not telling me, I just wasted an hour of my time and $100 by this artist doing a job she knew very well would not last. Almost all my lashes fell off within three days.

I called lash forever and told them they almost all fell off--they were unamused and unapologetic.It took a couple of texts and phone calls (me being the only one to follow up) to convince them to comp me an apt. Finally, they did. Once the apt came around, I fell ill, so I told them I couldn't make it. These people had the AUDACITY to charge me a $50 cancellation fee for A COMPED APT.

I was an avid lash forever goer, twice a month for over a year-- these people no longer have me as a customer and I advise you to go somewhere else.

PS the artists hands always smell like they didn't wash them, the rooms AC doesn't work so it's very hot, they pull and poke at your eyes (most artists know better), and if you don't tip (I didn't want to tip on this last artist who did my lashes poorly) they call you out and tell you you need to tip.

Ill start my review by saying I've never written a review in my life. Im writing this review because of how awful the work and customer service is here. My lashes began falling out litterally 2 days after my service and i had 3 lashes left after 5 days. (Pic included). The lashes are not attached to my natural lash, which they should be of done right, and they fell out 8-12 at a time. There was absolutely no water near my lashes for 48 hours, I did not go to the gym or sweat. There was no oil, makeup, etc. I contacted them and was told I could come back in and pay for a service for them to fix it as there is no refund policy. (Which would be fine if they offered to fix the hack job they did in the 1st place). As a manager of a buisness myself I would never respond to a customer so rudely about something that was my staffs fault, if anything I would comp the service and ask that they tip my staff well because that is not included. I was told that they fell out because I went on vacation and "its hot there". Interesting because I was in an airconditioned condo 90% of the time and I dont swim.

I have had this service 30+ times at multiple lash locations and never had an issue. DO NOT waste your money here. Go to Extends or Ebenezer. They both...
