Lin's Laundromat — Local services in New York

Lin Laundry lost our bag of clean clothes by delivering them to the wrong apartment, refused to help us figure out where they had incorrectly delivered ALL our clothes to, still unknowingly charged my credit card while we were still panicking about all our missing clothes, and later refused to reimburse us because they 'do not have a refund policy'. When I asked Lin to produce the signed receipt which authorized her to charge my card (there is none since the clothes were never brought back to us), she dodged the question by exclaiming 'It's only $28!' And then hung up.

Do NOT trust Lin Laundry with your clothes unless you want them lost. And you still want...

Been using this dry cleaner (occasionally laundry) for 2 years now. I started using Lin's when I lived on the block, now I'm 3 avenues away and walk past at least 6 other dry cleaners to get here. Best service, most convenient hours, they remember your name every time, fair prices and good quality. Other dry cleaners have left my clothes smelling. Wouldn't go...

There just isn't enough good things to say about this place. I have been going here for the last 10 years and would be absolutely lost without them. Well, my clothes would be a lot dirtier anyway. They are SO friendly, they always remember my name and ask after me and how I am doing. I wish I had more laundry...
