Initially, she was very professional and nice. I had a bilateral occipital nerve decompression for which I’m still experiencing symptoms. The post op care was the worst. On two occasions she canceled my post op appointments because she had to travel. There was no back up except for the nurse practitioner. It took about 2 and half months for me to see her post surgery. On my last visit she was rude and unprofessional. I filed a grievance with the hospital and hopefully she changes after learning from this experience. Her job is to make her patients feel safe and secured. Nerve pain causes anxiety and obviously she’s not conscious enough to put herself in her patients shoes to understand how her patient is feeling. She’s also not humble enough to accept constructive criticism. Instead, she said I was causing her anxiety when she, obviously, was under a lot of stress and anxiety on my last visit.
