If you're looking to squeeze in a pandemic haircut in a way that mitigates risk, I highly recommend Lisa Lo Bue. She's given my four-year-old the only four haircuts she's had in her entire life, the latest of which was yesterday OUTSIDE. Lisa's shop is open, but I simply asked if she'd be willing to cut my kid's and my hair outside instead, and she enthusiastically agreed. She moved the chair out to the sidewalk, sprayed our hair rather than shampooing, we skipped the blow dry, and we were both in and out in 45 minutes, for $65 dollars (total for the two haircuts, I think it's $20 for my kid and $45 for me). Lisa wore a mask the entire time, as did we. And she gave my kid a toy stamp at the end, further endearing her to my kid's heart. I feel like a new person and my kid looks so grown up - with less tangled hair as a bonus. I'm very grateful to Lisa for her flexibility and for taking our precautions...

This experience has not only been the best one but it’s an experience when you are in the hands of Lisa from the welcoming to the ending result. I have not gotten my hair done in over 5 years but it was time for a change and who better then Lisa Lobue. Not only did Lisa style and dye my hair but she walked me through each and every step. She even gave me tips on how to take care of my hair because of my hair texture. I would highly recommend getting anything you need done by Lisa. I live in NJ and drove all the way to come get my hair done by her.

The only thing I suggest is making an appointment. Lisa’s salon is not a walk in. She takes her time and wants to make you feel at your best so please it’s by appointment only. Feel free to reach out to her even if you have special request, she will make it happen.
