I buy all the food/treat for my dog at this shop my dog always pushes me to go in and will stay staring at the manager if they are close, he literally loves this shop. I go there because Eladio is really the most knowledgeable person I have encounter in a pet shop, he just knows everything on what my dog will prefer, his service is beyond wonderful, he has an incredible memory on what my dog likes, really a truly gem! I live at the far end of the Bronx and Eladio, the heart and soul of this place, makes the drive worth it. He is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help people, with the latest being keeping the store open a few minutes while I was stuck in traffic.
