Little Seedlings Daycare — Local services in New York

We are so happy and grateful for the amazing care that our baby receives at Little Seedlings Daycare. Teachers are warm and caring, and every day I go to work in peace because I know that my baby is in good hands. When we drop him of in the morning, he always has a big smile on his face as soon as he sees his trachers and is happy to be there. I like that thay have an outdoor space with age appropriate play structures, and they also take the kids to the nearby parks. That was very important to us when we were choosing a daycare, that the kids spend the time outside! They also have a lovely musician coming in once a week who sings kids songs to little ones and plays a guitar! We also love small group size with great teacher-to-kids ratio, and all the updates on the app, especially photos and videos. They are also doing various fun projects and follow infant curriculum for learning. Overall, we are very greatful for the amazing and loving care that our baby receives, and most importantly I can tell that he is genuinely happy and excited to be there and he loves his teachers. I think they deserve a 5.0 rating and, in my opinion, it is unfair that the only negative review is from someone who didn't attend Little Seedlings. I can’t say enough about Little Seedlings !! I sing their praises to local parents and the community as often as I can ! What I absolutely LOVE MOST is how nurturing and caring the staff is. At Little Seedlings we became instant Family .Our baby has battled with colic and difficulty going to sleep and staying asleep , the staff has been so patient with us and our baby through this difficult time. I am known to be glued to my computer at work viewing the webcam (YES THEY HAVE WEBCAMS) and it just warms my heart to see how loved our baby and ALL THE BABIES ARE throughout the day. The activities , cleanliness , the 2-1 ratio and instructor led classes just drew us , and their beautiful outside play space , are all added bonuses!! I feel we have made the best decision and our baby couldn’t be in better hands ! I should disclose, We toured other daycares (private and public , group family and centers) and some that were more expensive, we have ZERO regrets or qualms about our decision, we not only have a great daycare but thankfully we now have a great extended Family. This people are extremely unprofessional.... let me start by saying that I'm standing right out side of there day care, I had an appointment with them for 10:30 a.m today and I showed up on time with no clue where the entrance was and after looking around the building, they only have a sign on the grass that has the name of the day care but not where the entrance is. First, I get to find the entrance and theres no working doorbell so I knock on the door and no answer (there's people inside because I can hear the air conditioning running by the window)the side door to there playground was open. I stood there 20mins because I was waiting on my ride and still no sign on no1 coming to the door. I called there number and left at message and its 11:12a.m and I still havent heard back from them. All these things gave me the vivid sign that I shouldn't have my child in this place. Another thing, they charge you $25 for tour fee and $200 for an application ASIDE from thec$2100 they charge a month for an infant which I'm glad I saved up on because I have never heard of a day care that charges a tour fee.
