THANK YOU AMY for establishing this studio uptown. It was a sorely needed addition to the neighborhood after the closure of Bread&Yoga and MindBodySoul Yoga. The setup here is that you walk in to a woman's apartment and the studio space is her living room. That's why each class is limited to 4 students. They also offer the online option live if you prefer. But for me, ever since the pandemic my practice was suffering and I was feeling so isolated by only having access to virtual options. Now I can come here, not wear a mask, see other people, get personal feedback and hands-on adjustments again. Finally! No need to travel outside of the Heights. The teachers, Masako and Shawna especially, are really the cream of the crop, with decades of experience. I highly recommend attending a standard asana class followed by the Yin and Sound Bath class!
