We've already been late once before the week before - 6pm - and were refused service as the store was shut. This time we arrive @ 5:45pm, stand in line behind the 2 people being served and when we get to the door, a movement of 2 feet we are informed "we're shut and we need to get here earlier". We explain we've been standing in line and we get your attitude. While these may be exceptional times, understand that customers keep your business open today and into the future.
