After coming here roughly 5 times since my first I am sad to say I am changing my review mainly due to the owner/manager’s poor customer service and false advertisement of her service prices.

The service for a one hour long body massage is $55 and a one hour long foot massage is $45. She charged me an additional $10 fee and some other service feethat is not posted in the store all nor was communicated with me…and I speak Mandarin and English so there is no language barrier. She also yelled at me for putting a 15% tip and demanded me to put more in front of the therapist. I was already confused how my service came out to the total and now this…

I politely paid and afterwards called to let her know it didn’t sit well with me. She hung up on me and said the store was busy. There wasn’t anyone there when I left and it had been 5 minutes. I called back and tried to sort things out because I like coming here and she yelled at me again and told me to not come back if I’m not happy.

I’m sad because I love the massage therapists here but I don’t feel it’s right to treat customers this way. I’m leaving the 3 stars because the girls do a great job but the owner is terrible.

Surprised by the reviews! Came here for Valentine’s Day and we had the best hour long foot massage! I love Chinese foot massages and the therapists here knew all the pressure points to hit and I’ve tried many places all over the United States! You also can’t beat the price. I enjoy that you can sit in the chair and stay clothed while scrolling.

Keep in mind you’re there for the foot massage, there will be customers next to you and employees around talking to each other. There are private rooms in the back but I didn’t get a full body massage.

I have gone to this place for a few years but the last few times were not great. I wanted a full body massage and ending with a 30 minute foot massage. They insisted I do the 30 minute foot massage in the front chairs. I know that they don’t change or clean the chairs- I did it any way. At the end of my 30 minute foot massage they were suddenly too “busy” to give me a proper 30 minute back massage- she offered a 30 minute chair massage. I declined because I can go many other places. A man came in after my friend and I and he was brought back before us. We are there for actual massages so idk what the deal is. I tip well and return for good service but I will not come back here again.

I also started asking for a female Masseusse because I had two different instances of men “accidentally” rubbing against me. I gave the benefit of the doubt the first time.

I just had a full body massage here and I was soo glad I went! It had been 5 months since I had gotten a massage and I was in desperate need of one. It was deep tissue like I requested and my back feels SO much better after months in quarantine!

I was a little hesitant to go because of the pandemic, but as the numbers are the lowest they've been now since the beginning I decided to check it out. I walked in and the staff sprayed disinfectant on the bottom of my shoes and both of my hands. All staff members were wearing masks (properly).

The room I was in had clearly freshly cleaned and sanitized sheets and an extra paper that I unfolded and put my face into. I left my mask on the entire time, and the massage was also done face down the entire time which I felt was safer. It was a great experience - I felt very comfortable with the level of precautions taken and now feel so much...
