I recently visited Lydia Beauty Spa 5th Ave, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The room decor is soothing with great Manhattan view. I opted for the upper body lymphatic massage with essential oils. Staff were skilled and attentive. They took the time to ask about my specific needs and tailored the massage perfectly to address my problem areas. I could feel the stress melting away. I felt completely cared for throughout the session. They follow all safety and hygiene protocols, which creates the perfect environment for relaxation. I will keep going...

I love this spa. I always get lymphatic drainage there. Not only is it affordable than other places in NYC, everyone is so sweet there and willing to help you with your concerns. 10/10 and always especially rely on it before and after a trip.
