The moment I walked into the Empty store no one was attentive at all .I had actually elevated my voice to say hello to everyone to finally get assistance. A blonde headed Hispanic man came over to me, he was very polite in the beginning and I asked where the mascara was He pointed and directed me to the wrong side of the store after I finally found it on my own. I picked up what you see in the above photo. I bothered him one more time because that's what it felt like ai was doing interrupting his convos with other the other female staff for a lip gloss. I proceeded to the register with my items and to my surprise the mascara rung up wrong for $24plus tax instead of $23 plus tax. A Hispanic woman was ringing me up Brown hair about shoulder length .I asked her what was the reason for the price change if it was listed on the display for that price which was $23 she could not give me an explanation so I asked to speak to the manager which low and behold was the blond headed man. I asked him why the price change thinking I would get clarification he again as a manager couldn't explain the price change. He just said the prices went up. I asked why is it still on display for $23 ,again no explanation. I said can you give it to me for the price of $23 since right is right he said no I could not at all. I know a few managers at Mac I shops all over the city there is a manager code that he could have put in for their error of misleading inventory displayed. But they didn't want to help me at all. Actually the woman who was not the manager with aggression was actually speaking for the manager and interrupting me. I kindly walked out of the store and took these 2 photographs to prove that there's something very suspicious going on in this store Queens center mall which devalues Mac someone needs to get to the bottom of this matter ,...

I walk in one day to this Mac store there were 2 female workers and 1 guy working that day from what I saw as soon as I come into this store with only their employees not one customer. One female was behind the register seemed busy while Kristina S. is talking to the guy employee neither aknowledges when I walk in of course did not greet or welcome me knowing that I’m the ONLY customer to walk in. I knew what I wanted so I head to the blush section and I had to get help because I wanted the blush in the refillable pans so by this time I had to ask someone for help, I ask Kristina S. and I guess I interrupted her flirting with the male coworker because she gave me such a horrible attitude and customer service after. She takes the blush behind the counter doesn’t even bother to ask if I need anything else proceeds to check me out (I guess so she could go back to talking to the male coworker) I look at her looking annoyed at the computer screen while checking me out by the time I insert my card I remember she didn’t ask me for my email to accumulate points I tell her this and she gets nasty saying it’s too late! When I tell her I still didn’t accept the total on my card I could easily take it out she still says no it’s too late there’s nothing I can do sorry! With a nasty attitude. I really held my tongue that day but I waited for this review. Someone from MAC corporate needs to do something about this because this should not be acceptable ANYWHERE!! Read moreAwful service. Then they have this humongous man overacting like a woman with this horrid makeup on. Music so loud I had to scream over it for them to hear me. The place was filthy and I was afraid for my daughter and I to sit. Very rude and unprofessional. Made an appointment for noon and the person performing the application was late. When I asked the man with more makeup on than the mac store itself where is the person we made the 30 minute 30 dollar appointment with he said it's not 12 on his watch there was still 1 minute boo boo. I said the reason why we strategically made the appointment was because we had to be somewhere else to be 15 minutes after the 30 minute makeup application. So I left and headed into Macy's Mac and the manager called them and summoned me to go back. I told her absolutely not. She was also rude and disgusting. She wouldn't help me and said I should wait. But still not understanding why would we make an appointment if it wasn't going to be honored. Go to hell MAC. Never would I put ur product on anyone I love. Ur the worst.
