Subject: Scathing Review of Madina Industrial Corporation
To whom it may concern,
I am deeply disappointed by the shady practices of Madina Industrial Corporation. As an African Muslim customer, I have been appalled by the fact that this company is engaged in deceptive activities, selling diluted oils while marketing them as pure. This conduct is not only unethical but also deeply disrespectful to the faith and trust of customers like myself.
It is clear to me that Madina Industrial Corporation has strayed far from the reputable company it once was and has chosen the path of deceit and dishonesty. As a consumer in the market for authentic oils, it is disheartening to encounter a company that values profit over integrity and customer satisfaction. The thought of the hard-earned money of honest customers being exploited for diluted products is simply unacceptable.
I feel compelled to warn others about the deceptive practices of Madina Industrial Corporation. The diluted oils they sell not only fail to deliver the promised quality but also betray the trust of customers who seek genuine and unadulterated products. It is profoundly disappointing to witness a company prioritize its own gains at the expense of the values of honesty and integrity that should underpin any reputable business.
In light of these deplorable practices, I urge consumers to exercise caution and vigilance when considering Madina Industrial Corporation as a source for oils. As an alternative, I encourage individuals to seek out reputable and transparent companies that prioritize the authenticity and quality of their products, and that deserve the trust and support of discerning customers.
In conclusion, it is my fervent hope that this review serves as a deterrent to the deceptive practices of Madina Industrial Corporation and as a call for accountability and transparency in the cosmetics and fragrance industry. Customers should not have to contend with diluted products masquerading as pure, and it is essential to hold companies accountable for their actions when they betray the trust of their...
Read moreMixed mostly negative feelings. I am in canada. Already conversion rate is high. Paid shipping for ups which was 35 dollars..item value was around 60usd. When it gets to door ups demands another 47 dollars! I understand taxes and duties but another 47? Duty 11 dollars plus tax but the main reason why its so high was ups brokerage fee of 30 dollars! On a 11 dollar duty they charge 30 dollars!? Robbery. So for a 60 dollar order i paid 200 canadian after everything was done. Order had issues. Wrong item sent. Called customer service. Connected to an Older man with not so friendly voice and who is semi difficult to work with and wont directly solve the issue and makes u call again and again. Almost had to beg for partial refund for incorrect item when i shouldnt have to. Asked in future for them to use usps and not ups and he sternly refused with no reason. I called yesterday and thank god got connected to a younger man and he was much more helpful and customer service oriented. He fixed the issue in 1 call promptly. I wont be ordering again until and unless they start using USPS priority shipping to canada. I will never use UPS again ever. Total Rip off! As for product... First time trying this company..i find the oils are weak. They have little to no projection and to smell you have to have your nose an inch away from your skin...within 20 to 30 mins scent completely disappears. To me this sounds like a incorrect ratio of oil to fragrance. Too much oil and not enough perfume. The usual company i buy from, who i wont mention, their oils are opposite. A few dabs on skin last a super long time. Super concentrated quality perfume oils. All in all. A bad phurchase for me and wasted too much money for subpar short lasting perfume oils which are probably diluted way too much on top of that ridiculous...
Read moreI never write reviews but my experience of the quailty ( well lack of quality) of Oils here was bad I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. When I got home from traveling 2 hours to this highly recommend store only to find out that ALL OF THE TRADITIONAL OILS ARE CUTTTTTTTT and I wouldn't be surprised if the designer oils were Cut as well , it's that bad Especially the Red Egyptian Musk that I purchased , it was cut so much that when I spilled some in my sink and it just rolled down the drain like food coloring. And you could barely smell the oil due to the amount of cut they used. If you know anything about oil it's mainly THICK especially the Musk and Frankincense.... Well not at this store and they poured all my oils that they were CUTTING!!! In the back so I couldnt see the act being done. Now I know some dishonest people cut their oils to stretch it but this was beyond the guidelines... Bottom line if you do decide to go here just make sure they are giving you what you're smelling and make them pour from that bottle IN FRONT OF YOU!!! Since they do the ole bait and switch... Sad part of this experience is this place used to be known for quality OILS now all I think of when I see or hear the name MADINA is CROOKS!!! What's worse is they don't care ... And I'm pretty sure most of the good reviews are from OLD Customer's and or people that aren't used to...
