Horrible customer service - I arrived there and waited for ONE HOUR before anyone had the decency to see me. When they finally did see me the colorist was extremely unprofessional - constantly leaving me to do, it seemed, literally anything else that was not color my hair. She would go open the door for clients, talk to them, etc. Then when she finally looked at my hair she first recommended a color that I know is too dark for me. I then had to figure out the color I needed by myself while she left for 10 minutes to the back room. When she returned I told her the color I thought I needed, she left for another 10 minutes and came back only to say she did not have the color I needed. What really made me leave was when she asked me about my shampoo and I said "Aveda" and she said - "oh that's the good stuff!" - implying that Madison Reed products are what? The bad stuff I would assume. The manager seemed nice but way too busy and there were only 2 stylists for 7 clients so overall it was disorganized. AND just bad mañners to speak as if am not there, really! And too much talking while working on clients. Pay attention to customers and stop gabbing. Staff over casual with their behaviors. Please clarify if 2 shampoo washes and a conditioner? The other location washes my hair twice thoroughly and afraid there are shortcuts. Read moreReviewing from my spouse's google account but I was in there last week for hair color and I have to reiterate what everybody is saying here about the customer service and I'm escalating to corporate. I had plenty of time to get the contact info while waiting around. The "I'm sorry" from the owner is not sufficient. Fix it! I waited for too long for the second part of my hair coloring process - they said 45-47 minutes for the 1st part and it was 30 minutes after that when someone checked on my head. I could have had permanent damage. Also - nobody is out front with the clients. Everybody is in the back - food order came in (and I get it - you need to eat) but it was for one person and EVERYBODY was in the back for the majority of my appt.
