I’ve visited Café Kitsuné three times and here’s what I loved about it:
Great brand design: the place is nice, the facade is cool, and the interior is well decorated, totally in line with the brand style Good quality food: Everything tasted amazing, with fresh ingredients and perfect portion sizes. The avocado toast was spot-on, nicely seasoned with just the right amount of pepper and perfectly ripe avocado. The coffee is good. It’s well balanced, not too acid, and pairs wonderfully with milk. Cute fox-shaped cookies: These little treats are small but packed with flavor, nice brand detail.
A couple of things that could use a little work:
Staff attitude: I’ve been to this location three times, and each time, the staff seemed a bit grumpy. Unlike other Café Kitsuné spots, the service here felt less welcoming and even a tad off putting
Outdoor table service: The attention to outdoor tables could be better. Some customers waited up to 5 minutes to be helped, even when the staff didn’t seem busy.
Overall, Café Kitsuné is a lovely spot, and I definitely recommend checking it out! I hope they can polish up the customer service to match the awesome food and vibe and seeing very interesting and...
Read moreMy poor experience relates to an Archives online transaction.
When two items I had paid were not shipped for numerous days, I had to follow-up numerous times. At first it was explained to me that payment had not cleared, when in fact it cleared. No mention of my products being out of stock were shared or disclosed. There was no follow-up from Maison Kitsune since.
After sending in screenshots of proof of payment clearance, they had informed me that my products were out of stock. Since I found this to be strange that they'd oversell or sell my items to someone else, I checked availability of these on their site. Sure enough, these were indeed in-stock.
My case was promptly closed with a refund with no real explanation. Not will I never shop this brand again, I will clearly share my experiences with my friends and family to do the same. There are plenty of other designers and reputable & caring vendors I'd gladly do repeat business, and in-kind, I'd ask others to do the same.

Kitsune makes severely undersized clothing so if you eat or go to the gym, XXL is about he only thing that will fit. Styles are awesome, wait till the sales as things are generally over priced for what they’re selling. Not knocking just...
