We had a great initial appointment to see engagement rings and discussed sourcing a watch. Following the first visit, communication was disjointed and delayed. We eventually went back for a follow up under the assumption we could see two rings our sales associate requested to be sent from another location. When we arrived we were told the rings were not in fact there due to a “communication issue”. In addition, we have received no information regarding the watch despite our sales associate making it sound like it could be sourced in a matter of days and our follow up emails. Disappointing experience given...
