While the Forest Hills staff works professionally with you. The Bronx office for the training does not. Their very rude and needs training in interpersonal skills. Even the manager was nasty. No one knew anything. The direvtor told you one thing and the staff worjing in the bronx said they sont care. After travling fir 2 and a half hours to get there. I should not have had eyes rolling and me or spoke to they way the staff spoke to me and others who came in after me. They need more communication between themselves. After that happened I called the queens office for help and kept getting placed on hold or no one answered. Their nice to get you to go in to the orientation and training. When something happens with their co workers in the Bronx they no longer care. I do not recommended this non profit agency because of how I was talked to and treated by the staff they have working. Their only looking out for each other. Not the you. I am not willing to work for a company who treats others the way they do. I felt like I was less than because I went their for training and not apart of the organization.

One time, She came to the laundromat with me and all she did was be on her phone. She did not even bother to help me. So unprofessional! I was told by my Com Hab Caseworker that they are having a difficult time finding a bilingual DSP for me. My last DSP was helpful and genuine. As for the Day Hab, I wasn’t thrill. The Reason why I left the Day Hab is because the activities were so boring that I’ve gotten so tired of going everyday and I had to let my MSC know that I wanted out of the Day Hab and I wanted to go to a Pre-Vocational Program.
