Misha & Puff — Local services in New York

I am a long time customer of the brand and adore their product, visuals, seeing my daughter grow up in their clothing, & wearing it myself.

I live in California and was lucky enough to be in Brooklyn recently & got a chance to pop into their store. WOW, it is just as lovely a representation of the brand as I would expect! They have crafted such a charming space.

I also was so impressed with the impeccable service I received from Hadley. What a genuinely delightful, caring talent guiding the brand experience in store. She wrapped up the gifts I bought for a friend's son and for my daughter both with such care while keeping me entirely engaged...other customers came in as she helped with all my questions and she politely helped all of them too.

I've been dressing my kids in Misha and Puff for a long time and was so excited to visit this location recently. Bringing young kids into any store can be stressful but we went for it and I was blown away by how kind and welcoming the employees were. They encouraged us to relax and play with the toys, color, and enjoy our experience. I don't think I've ever felt more welcome at a store, with or without kids! Not to mention the products are beautiful and incredible quality. I was also thrilled to see some beautiful kids toys for sale too! I will be back time...

From the moment you step in, you are welcomed by the most wonderful crew of ladies. They are so so helpful in curating looks and pulling sizes….all while delighting in doing little crafts with your kiddos. No one is in a rush and they are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you leave happy. The store manager in particular, Anne, is a gem of a human with a golden heart.
