I've been working with Marsha for a little over a year now. Prior to that, I was measuring success by - 1) the number I saw on the scale, and 2) the caloric intake on MyFitnessPal. Needless to say, there was a lot of yo-yo-ing, with periods of weight loss, followed by periods of weight gain - no tracking of muscle mass, body composition, lean analysis, muscle-fat analysis -- and no progression plan. I was stuck in the same cardio pattern with no progress -- it was extremely frustrating.
Marsha has helped me pivot my focus to strength, consistency in healthy habits, and longevity. So when she recommended tracking progress via the InBody check at Momentum, I was really curious to start measuring my success outside of just the scale.
When you walk into the gym, it's extremely well-lit and open - with a large space in the center, and specific stations and rooms / offices to the sides. The front desk is your first stop and they're extremely helpful in getting you signed in. This was my first time in a gym since a full year of lockdown so I was impressed to see all the safety measures that Momentum was taking -- everything was squeaky clean, there weren't a lot of people so they were clearly mindful of capacity, and every single person was adhering to the mask rule. I was so relieved! After the InBody, you get your results right away -- and wow -- all the analysis was so illuminating. I can now take that, and make more informed decisions about my diet and fitness program.

Marco is a phenomenal trainer &awesome person. I trained with Marco for about two months & never felt healthier or more confident than when I was following his plan.
