Naturopathica Tribeca at Nexus Club — Local services in New York

As a longstanding Chelsea spa member and a consumer of Naturopathica products for over one decade, I am immensely disappointed in the way the Chelsea location was abruptly closed without warning. The Chelsea location was like Cheers, everyone knew my name and habits. After my initial visit to the Tribeca location, I stopped my monthly treatments due to the sterile environment. In addition, there was an event at Nexus, so I couldn’t go into the waiting area. It’s obvious that the spa clients aren’t a priority. I only returned after the announcement was made about the Chelsea location. While the Tribeca location is “fancier”, it lacks the intimacy of the Chelsea location and the heart of the brand that I’ve loved for years. The only reason that I go to the Tribeca location is because Karen Q. has been caring for me for years. She’s seen my skin through many phases and I trust her. In an ideal world, Naturopathica would consider opening a location with adequate parking that is intimate and people centered, mirroring the vision of founder (yes, I bought the book years ago). I’ve referred clients in the past but can no longer do that in the new location.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of experiencing a facial with Nagisa at Naturopathica Tribeca at Nexus Club. I can genuinely say it was nothing short of blissful! From the moment I stepped into the club, I felt an immediate sense of relaxation, sophistication and care. Nagisa expertise and attention to detail were unprecedented. She used high-quality, natural products that felt amazing on my skin, and her technique was both precise and soothing. I also appreciated how she explained each step and provided personalized skincare tips to maintain the glow. I adored the shoulder, hand and head massage throughout the facial as well as aroma therapy. By the end of the facial, my skin looked smoother, vibrant and more youthful. I had an incredible experience at this spa from start to finish! The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, setting a relaxing tone right away. The facilities are beautiful—very clean, well-organized, and stocked with high-quality products for guests to use. The locker room was a great touch, with robes and slippers in each locker, plus two saunas available.

The relaxation room where I waited for my treatment was equally inviting, with comfortable seating and a lovely tea selection. As for the facial, I opted for an express treatment, and it was easily one of the best facials I've ever had. The therapist was exceptional, used luxurious products and walked me through each step of the process. The aromatherapy added a nice, calming touch, and my skin felt incredibly soft and glowy all day.
