HORRIBLE!!!! Worst experience ever.

Never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life!!! Ordered shipping boxes to my office in Times Square and was told on the phone that my supplies would be delivered by the afternoon. I ordered at 10am. Now at 4pm I have yet to receive the order and no phone call or no emails to update me on the status. I then call and was told the driver was on the way at 4:30 and was told it would be before 5:30. My office closes at 5PM. I have no other choice but to stay since my company is relocating and we needed these supplies ASAP. Now 5:25 rolls around and the guy delivering my supplies FINALLY calls and tells me he’s in traffic all the way by 14th street!!! He then proceeds to tell me, because of the location of my work, he will not be able to park because he does not want to get a ticket so I have to go downstairs and pick up the boxes from his car outside in the pouring rain... ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! I called their office and explained the situation and they said they cannot do anything about it since the guy already left their warehouse. 5:50 then rolls around and he finally shows up and calls me to tell me I have to get the boxes. This took me 5 trips to bring the boxes to the office!! I am 5foot and the boxes were taller than me. Not once did he say sorry or show any consideration. All that came out of his mouth was “you got it?”... I HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE DO I?! At the end of this, I am soaked from the rain and my boxes are wet.

Please please please save your money and go through a legitimate company. You pay all this money in shipping to just deliver it yourself....

Horrible, horrible, horrible!

I bought $2,800 worth of product from these guys and it was a disaster. Firstly, even thought they were given several weeks to get the order together and were specifically told there was a deadline, they were late. Not only that but some of the order came 1 day late and the 2nd part 2 days late. 16 huge rolls of bubble wrap all delivered wrong and by the time we realised it was too late as these guys don't work weekends and we had no choice but to use it. 130 large cartons which were flimsy even then though they were advised of the weight that they needed to carry. Another 55 small/medium cartons which a large percentage were damaged on arrival. Tape that was such poor quality it didn't even work in tape guns.

Appalling, appalling, appalling.

To add insult to injury, they admitted that they dropped the ball with the bubble wrap and that they did 'their best' with the cartons but have refused to compensate me apart of $100 which was less than the cartons which arrive damaged. They should be ashamed of themselves. They might be OK for the odd bit of packaging for personal use but for commercial use forget it!

Stay away and use a professional company who takes pride in what they supply and if they do make a mistake, takes...

Mark at New York Box has saved my butt on three separate occasions. I live in LA, but these three times I needed boxes delivered to an address and he was super helpful and delivered the boxes right to the door of the project I was working on. Three times in two days! Another time I was again in LA and needed something printed and needed tape for a delivery I needed to send. He printed up the thing for me and sent it along with the tape and delivered to the address. And again today! Needed a bunch of boxes sent to my client and they had them within two hours. I can't say enough about NY Box. I don't know what i would have done without Mark's help as these were all very last minute, help my hair is on fire situations. This is the type of business that will keep my loyalty forever. SUPPORT AMAZING INDEPENDENT...
