I had an incredible experience at Two Bridges Muay Thai. The moment I walked in, I could feel the energy — this isn’t some cookie-cutter gym, it’s a place built from passion and hard work. The founders literally started training under the bridges during the pandemic, and you can still feel that raw dedication in every class. The coaches are top-notch: knowledgeable, motivating, and they break things down so both beginners and seasoned fighters get something valuable. The training pushed me hard, but I always felt supported and safe. The “three-friend rule” they talk about is real — everyone from the front desk to the other students went out of their way to make me feel part of the family. The class itself was a perfect balance of technique, cardio, and striking. By the end, I was drenched in sweat and smiling ear to ear. What stood out most was the sense of community — this is more than a gym, it’s a home for people who love Muay Thai and want to grow together. If you’re looking for world-class training, a welcoming environment, and a team that genuinely cares, this is the place. Two Bridges isn’t just about fighting — it’s about building bridges, and I’m glad I found it.

TBMT has become a second home! The coaches are skilled, knowledgeable, and patient with all members. Whether it’s your first class or you’ve been training for years, you will find space to work on your technique. It’s both a great workout and a great community. Truly all experience levels are welcome, and the environment is open, friendly, and focused. This gym has done an exceptional job empowering women and other people who do not typically see themselves represented in a combat sport. Because of this place, I have found strength, empowerment, and close friends. I cannot recommend enough!

I finally love Muay Thai again ❤️ I have been on and off training for a few years and tried several gyms, each have their positive and negative aspects and I can honestly say that I have finally found a place that offers everything I am looking for. The coaches here are amazing and focus on technique but also allow students to work through their hiccups while keeping the environment fun and challenging. Its a hard balance to achieve and they manage to leave you always craving more! If you are a beginner you will feel comfortable and the coaches really pay attention to make sure you're training with the right partner. Memberships are affordable and flexible and they do drop in classes for $20 so you can try a class to make sure it's the right fit. I really can't say enough good things about this place. Obviously things are tricky with Covid and they are taking precautions to make sure everyone is safe. Temperature checks and masks are required and they sterilize everything...

Gathering up the courage to train at TBMT has been one of the best decisions I've made in a while. I was incredibly intimidated at first but on my very first day, Zack the coach approached me and reassured me that beginners are always welcome and it's only been up from there. Every session I attend I've learned so much and everyone has been incredibly supportive and welcoming. Prices are incredibly affordable and not only are you buying priceless training, but you're also buying into a tight knit community that pushes themselves for the better! I immediately bought another 5-class pass after I used my first five sessions and I'm definitely considering PT from some of the coaches. They put you to work and challenge you and I leave every class I've been to so far better and more disciplined than when I walked in. Can't wait to train...
