My DHL drop off package was very properly handled. - Person checked all my documents needed for DHL drop off like : Commercial invoice and return label. - Packed all my return stuff in a new box. - Printed all needed documents and attached on the box. - Staff is well trained and excellent customer service. - Such a great store with more variety of items., beyond stationery.

This place offered luggage storage with hours showing it closed at 830 but they actually closed closer to 8 without any notice or warning…so I was left with no change of clothes. Next morning I came here and the store clerk said they never had time to update the hours. Recommend others to choose other luggage storage locations or get clarity on closing hours.

Fine for stationary, only had fountain pen inks in basic colors (didn't see blue/black). Owner seemed a bit annoyed when i asked about the fountain pens on display, so I left. I know i didn't pay top dollar for most of the gold nibbed pens i have but if all the parkers sheaffers and watermans are $200+ for steel nibs then i dont think im wasting as much time looking as he is selling them at those prices and with that attitude. I also didn't see any travelers...

Very rude and unnecessarily confrontational. Told me I needed 12 pages of return labels for one DHL return item and was kind enough to offer to print for $12. I’ve returned the exact item via DHL going to the same place a month ago at another DHL drop off and successfully returned with only one return label. **update: DHL drop off on w 23rd just now and didn’t require or charge for multiple copies of...
