No.2 SPA — Local services in New York

This is the 2nd location of Lincoln Place Spa, which boasts larger rooms, a more spa-like space, and less noise from local middle schoolers! I get very tight neck & shoulders, which lead to migraines so I try to get an acupressure massage once a week or so. Today was my second time at the new location and Lisa was AMAZING. I was so tense from a very stressful week of sick kiddos. I added 15 minutes to my 1 hr massage & I could have done another hour. I had very little mobility in my neck, shoulders and back before I went & immediately after I felt like I grew an inch. The crack/tension release when I stretched my lower back afterwards was SO SATISFYING. They consistently do such a great job, are very accommodating, and the prices are great, especially for the quality of service. It’s roughly $1/min, which is wild compared to spa prices w comparable massages (or worse…I’ve had a hard time getting places to use enough pressure. I may be small but these knots are not!). The absolute best massage you're going to find in Park Slope, if not all of Brooklyn! This is the second location of 167 Lincoln Place Spa, and is much larger, brighter, and fancy but still the same incredible masseuses and unbeatable prices.

The new location has rooms that are much bigger and quieter, a lot of lovely decor, and a large selection of massage oils. Prices are a smidge higher than the original location but still so affordable--it's $62 for an hour massage, or you can get a discount if you buy three at once.

Can't say enough good things about the massage I've received here and the beautiful new space. You won't find anything better...

For those of you familiar with 167 Lincoln Pl Spa, this one is also owned by the same amazing proprietor Michael. This location is a lot more spacious and (bonus) come with cute shark slippers for patrons (shoes off cuz 1. asian and 2. this is nyc so your shoes are nasty keep them out of the indoor space!!). I think he’s increased prices a little higher more recently but you still get a consistently firm and high-quality massage with zero sketch vibes.
