The service there and responsiveness of the staff are poor whether by email or by phone. Showing up in person only gets you excuses about preparing for the Uptown Arts Stroll being their reason for not responding. New policies should be posted online. It is unacceptable that they charge you a $50. membership fee to treat you like this. No resolution was offered nor found as written in their response below (it's a lie) and the $200. minimum Sunday fee to pay staff on Sundays is also bogus because there was NO staff in the office nor on the premises when I had a class on a Sunday. Only a cleaning man who was servicing the whole building. I kept having to open the door downstairs for students and it was eventually locked so one who came a half hour late never got in. There is no reason to charge that fee for Sunday staff if none was there. No resolution was ever found so the response...
