I honestly wasn’t expecting a horse carriage ride to be this fun and relaxing at the same time — but it was amazing! After all the nonstop energy of NYC, this was exactly what I needed: something peaceful, scenic, and enjoyable. Our tour guide reached out earlier in the morning with clear instructions on where to meet, which made everything super easy. We met him at the spot he shared, and the tour started right on time. He shared interesting facts about Central Park and the surrounding landmarks, and even took some great photos for us. Overall, it was such a memorable experience — we truly enjoyed every moment!

We booked our carriage ride with NYC Adventures. They were one of the few providers that had available rides for Christmas Day. The driver and horse did an excellent job. They had heavy blankets (the kids were still cold because they weren't used to the weather). We got to see a lot of central park we probably wouldn't have visited if we went on foot. The driver took as many pictures as we wanted and gave a history of the places we visited. Would recommend using them to anyone!

We booked our carriage ride with NYC Adventures. They were one of the few providers that had available rides for Christmas Day. The driver and horse did an excellent job. WOW - These guys were incredible, and I would highly recommend them. The booking process was easy, they responded immediately to my son’s emails and answered all his questions to put his mind at ease. Booked ahead of time to make sure there was availability because it was my better half’s first time to NYC and wanted a Christmas Eve horse and carriage ride in Central Park. Did the VIP tour for 60 minutes with three stops to get out and walk around. At the first stop our guy Ismael said you can get out if you want for 10 minutes or we can keep going. The other two stops whatever they were we did not know or get out. Tour ended in 45 minutes when I inquired that it was an hour tour he said (as we are already packed and off the carriage) his horse is faster than the rest but we can get back on and go more. Lastly the price paid was double what there were onsite. I get the booking agency gets a fee but well over $300 for a 45 minute ride with one stop - 3...

Poorly managed and unprofessional driver. We had a 1-hr VIP Horse Carriage Ride through Central Park in NYC with Photo Stops reservation with Kevin and arrived at the pickup spot 10 min early. Kevin did NOT show up. Got assigned to another carriage driver Scott, who spent quite some time on his phone. As for the photo STOPS promised, we ended up with only ONE stop and we were told not to leave the carriage and Scott took a few quick shots.

After this disappointing tour, I immediately took another pedicab tour for 40 minutes with half the price. I learned way more about the park from the pedicab tour guide and visited more places--some of them (John Lennon Memorial, Heckscher Playground, Tavern On The Green, to name a few) were skipped Scott,...
