I bought a claze azul bottle here for my birthday the customer service rep informed me to buy a 100$ bottle is the one i actually wanted came in the next day she would exchange , came back the next im the morning told me the bottle i wanted was not in stock. I declined and was told my order would be cancelled due to delivery minimum. I spoke to delivery.com a week later and the store still has not cancelled my order. I had to speak to 3 different people and escalate my issue before the store confirmed my order should have been cancelled, it's been 11 days. She refused to call the manager of the store which is usually very friendly whenever I go there, refused to service me and told me to come back whenever the store manager is there and that she wasn’t going to call him.
