I bought a claze azul bottle here for my birthday the customer service rep informed me to buy a 100$ bottle is the one i actually wanted came in the next day she would exchange , came back the next im the morning told me the bottle i wanted was not in stock. Called as a a regular customer to see if i can get the bottle i originally wanted and pay the extra 70$. The suppose supervisor/ mgr daisy gave me such a big attitude keeping me out the store and holding open the door telling me to exit and being rude and disrespectful saying she is the mgr and i have to go saying i cannot exchange For a more expensive bottle i was willing to pay an extra 70$ for a bigger bottle and the refused after the told me it was perfectly fine. I made an order through delivery.com. I received a call stating two of my three items were out of stock and was offered a replacement. I declined and was told my order would be cancelled due to delivery minimum. I spoke to delivery.com a week later and the store still has not cancelled my order. I had to speak to 3 different people and escalate my issue before the store confirmed my order should have been cancelled, it's been 11 days. I still have to wait 5-7 more business days to receive my refund. I will never order from this store again. Honestly I would never go back here again after the horrible service I received from the Hispanic lady working the closing shift today on 05/18. She refused to call the manager of the store which is usually very friendly whenever I go there, refused to service me and told me to come back whenever the store manager is there and that she wasn’t going to call him. I have never in life been treated the way I did by this young lady, and unfortunately you have lost me as a customer due to her. Someone should really give her a course on customer service.
