One of the most beautiful studios in NYC. Every corner of the space is more gorgeous than the next. When I walked into the space I was instantly calmed (and that was even before I got my treatment!).

When it came to the treatment the acupuncturist went through a very thorough health background and created a treatment plan which she thought was best for me. During the treatment I laid on a heated bed with the most zen music playing in the background. I walked out feeling amazing and every part of my body was relaxed.

Post treatment I stopped by the Tea and Tonic bar for a post treatment tea. Which was the most perfect way to end the session.

Today, I saw Janelle at the 4th Street location downtown. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was calm, clean, beautiful and welcoming. It's hard not to notice all the details that went in to this beautiful space. From start to finish, the process was seamless. I love the digital in take forms before I arrive so I can really lean into the treatment. Janelle was attentive and really listened to all my concerns. I'm not afraid of acupuncture needles, but if someone was, Janelle makes you feel at ease. There's a lot of extra attention given from the hot stones, to the mugwort and aromatherapy.
