I love the concept- plug in your sizes and brands you love for simplified online shopping. Also, the interface is really attractive and easy to use, and the designers and retailers available are top notch in my humble opinion. It's the execution of order fulfillment that I am less impressed with. I have ordered approximately ten items from Orchard Mile in three different orders. I received 7/10 items in great condition and a 'somewhat' timely manner (one took over 2 weeks, most took more than one week). The remaining 3/10, all from different stores, were initially processed, I waited a week or more, and then I received emails informing me that the items were out of stock. Two of these were refunded, but one is still in retail purgatory. Bottom line, when you put something in your cart or even pay for it, don't consider it yours YET, because Orchard Mile will then have to verify with the retailer that the item is still available. This takes much more time. One could argue you will spend less time online browsing because you can visit one site and aren't shown items that aren't available in your size.. but if you are in a hurry to get your item(s) or it's something in high demand- you are probably better off buying directly...

I ordered a pair of Frye boots (very cute and hard to find) from Orchard Mile online and used the Amazon Pay feature to checkout. I got a confirmation email from both Orchard Mile and Amazon saying my payment was processed. Then I get a second email from Orchard Mile saying they were “having a hard time processing my payment via Amazon Pay.” Ok. Called them up and asked what the deal was, come to find out that the boots were now sold out and they could not complete my transaction. (Not sure how they sold out in a day so quickly not like these are the most sought after boots.) Not to mention the person on the phone sounded half asleep and gave me very odd one word answers with what sounded like her husband yelling at her in the background. Upon trying to complete my first purchase, I was unable to apply the advertised 10% off promo code, as an immediate code was not provided to me upon creating my account, nor was a code emailed to me. I took a chance that Orchard Mile would make good on their offer and I followed through with my purchase, then followed up with an email to the company explaining my situation. Needless to say, I am giving a 5-star review based on the immediate response to my inquiry. Jess, in customer service, responded within hours of my email and on a Sunday morning, no less. He was very polite and apologetic for my troubles and assured me I will receive my 10% off during the final processing of my order.
