First time I ever I went to pandora, not the best experience. The woman Sharon that helped me and my girlfriend. I was getting my girlfriend a promise ring. And it’s 2 rings in 1 set. Sharon seemed so uninterested in helping us. She was unfriendly the whole time. She kept sighing at my girlfriend when the ring size didn’t fit her. I just wanted her to find the perfect fit. What’s the problem ? You’re supposed to provide customer service. Anyways, they have a promotion for buy 2 get one free. She showed us this necklace which she said is free. I’m thinking i’m paying 230$ plus tax, and getting a free necklace for my girlfriend. Sounded like a great deal. But when i payed for it, and i looked at the receipt on my email, i realized she charged me for the necklace. And gave me the ring for free. Which is not what she explained to me. She ended up tricking me into getting the necklace. I understand she needs to make money for commissions but c’mon, that’s not right. She never gave me the option of getting something of equal value. So i had to go back and return it. This woman Sofia, i told her what happened, and she totally understood why i was upset, she quickly helped me, found a pair of beautiful earrings for my girlfriend. She was very nice, and welcoming. While Sharon was not. Sharon didn’t even bother to ask us why we were returning it, or what was wrong. She walked as if she didn’t even know us. At the very least she could of asked us what happened and seemed like she actually cared about our transaction. Sharon I hope you read this, hopefully after this you can realize, treat a customer how you want to be treated. Simple. In the end Sharon screwed me over for having to wait 30 days for refund. Ontop of that, they didn’t even give me the box that pops open for the ring. Definitely had a...
Read moreI am not one to write reviews specially bad ones but the customer service in this store is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I went in with my friend who purchased a bracelet for her mom at a different pandora store, we asked one of the associates if she could exchange the size of the bracelet on this store, he looked at us and said with a straight face, "no, we are a franchise". I quickly responded that I did not know what he meant by that, he said "that means we are independently own and cannot exchange anything you purchase anywhere else". (Pandora's policy clearly states that you can exchange or return for store credit any purchase made at ANY pandora store within a certain amount of days.) I was really looking for a bracelet for my self for my birthday so I stayed in the store and tried to ask a different associate, complete failure as well. She was indifferent and rude and kept putting away the charms while I was trying to choose as if I was gonna steal them, she made no suggestions and answered to my questions without even looking at me. I really wanted the bracelet and I didn't want to head to another pandora store so I purchased it anyways. I was really surprise at how little they care. I was after all spending almost $300 on a bracelet and honestly I would have spent more if the associate actually cared enough to sell me. I love my bracelet, I purchased a "rose collection charm bracelet with two clips and a rose dangling charm, it looks beautiful! But I will definitely avoid going to this...
Read moreI visited the Pandora store at Queens Center Mall and the service was honestly disappointing. I ended up spending over $200 on two rings, but you would never guess I was a paying customer based on how I was treated.
No one came to assist me at all when I walked in. I stood at a display case clearly interested, but staff only started paying attention once a white couple came over to the same case, and suddenly they were helpful, friendly, and fully engaged.
When I asked about how to clean and maintain the jewelry, the staff member responded bluntly with a flat “no,” no explanation, no product recommendations, no effort to be helpful. It felt dismissive, like I was wasting her time.
Another associate handed me a ring to try on, didn’t ask about sizing, didn’t tell me what size it was, and then just took it back and walked away, again, to help the same couple.
The difference in treatment was obvious and disappointing. I was ignored, given bare-minimum service, and made to feel like my presence was an inconvenience, even while making a significant purchase. I expected better from a brand like Pandora. As a first-time customer, I was really disappointed. I walked in excited to shop, and left feeling ignored and undervalued. The difference in how I was treated compared to other customers was noticeable and discouraging. Based on this experience, I honestly don’t feel comfortable shopping at that location again. Pandora...
