When we first walked in, the first thing I noticed was the difference in lighting. I have gone to several Pandoras all over New York and it was the first time I went to a location with yellow lighting. It was so bad that under the light in this store, I had bought a Murano glass charm under the impression that it was a baby blue just to go to a Subway and see that under their white lighting the charm was actually purple. This was some time ago so I am not sure if the lighting has changed by now but why does a sandwich shop have better lighting than a jewelry store? I wish I could say this was the worst part of my experience here but whatâs worse is their customer service. At the time of my experience, I was being serviced by an associate who seemed to be new because she would ask the only other employee in the store, who I could only assume was the manager on duty, for assistance. She was very sweet however when I inquired about exchanging a charm which was STILL within the 30 day return period, I was rudely told by the person I assume was the manager or lead, that they were unable to accommodate it because I had purchased it at the time of the free bracelet event. Then for clarification I ask her âdoes that mean I canât return this charmâ and she says âyeah but itâs also a lot of work for us because we have to return everything back because of the free braceletâ and then proceeded to go into detail about the return process. Although I was uncomfortable and unsettled from the attitude of this manager/lead, I was so confused by her response that I had chosen to walk away from the interaction. However, I now know several other people who work at Pandora and this is simply not true which has lead me to finally share my bad experience at this location. The lack of professionalism and overall work ethic to tell a loyal Pandora shopper that âit is too much workâ to process a return ?? As a result, I had to keep an $80+ charm that I was not happy with. Again, I have been a very avid fan of Pandora, every location Iâve ever shopped at has been nothing but great energy and service from the Pandora team. However, the management around the time of August/September of 2024 needs to do better.    Read moreCurrent promotion stated purchase a bracelet get 3 charms for $175 that wasnât offered to me when i first brought the bracelet by Kimberly C #194911 my partner had some concerns about the bracelet that I got her so we went back to this location and was welcomed by Ixchel G #187252 she mentioned the offer to us thinking we were at the location to buy something but we were only going on to exchange the bracelet so we asked her how long that promotion was going on she stated for a while now so we were a bit confused as to why Kimberly never offered that promotion to me so we asked if we wanted to refund our current purchase and follow that promotion could we Ixchel quickly responded with a no and my partner and I were both really confused as to why seeing as the bracelet was never worn so we continued to ask and she just kept denying our request to refund our purchase saying we could only change the bracelet we couldnât have the 3 charm option since we never brought it to begin with and we replied had we known that was a option we wouldâve went with that. My partner was very upset at how poorly we were being treated she walked out and started crying and no longer wanted to talk to the agent assisting us I asked to speak to a manager but that wasnât an option according to the agent so I couldnât get a refund on my purchase nor could I speak with a manager both which was very odd she just exchanged my bracelet and that was my only option. I was actually being rush through my order by a women named Tasha, which I think was the Assistant Manger. She was extremely Unprofessional and Unpleasant. She was a terrible representation of Store. She had No Smile, No Energy, No Happy Spirit, No Nothing. Her expression was so unpleasant, She didn't engage in conversation, she didn't smile, I was actually intimidated to even ask any questions . I didn't feel like I wanted to continue my order. She is a terrible leader and should not be working such a high end Jewlery Shop. It seemed to me as if she doesn't want to be there. I would never return to Pandora because the Staff and the Service. It isn't what I want to deal with as a client. Very sad.
