Think three times before you park at the garage. It's heart-broken to me to read the reviews of others about similar incidents that have happened to me. Let me share my story and you be your own judge if you see a pattern (among other reviews) of their business misconduct. I used to be a customer at this garage due to my work.
My car was severely damaged in the front and back. I reported to the manager Patricio on the spot. Patricio was kind at first to accept the complaint and showed me the surveillance video at my request proving the car was undamaged when driven in. Patricio insisted no need to fill out any complaint form and I would get an official reply in 3 days. I didn't get any response in 2 weeks during which time I followed up multiple times and Patricio stopped answering calls and texts. I had to catch him at the garage to have a conversation. He repeatedly saying HQ was investigating it and gave me his so-called manager's number to ask me to follow up myself (with demeaning attitude). The manager's number was never responsive either. It turned out it was another phone's number of his at his office. He became upset once caught and started speaking Spanish to me (how rude, and I don't speak Spanish). Finally, his supervisor got involved (given Patricio's lies, I still don't know if his supervisor was real because I could never meet him) but sided with Patricio saying my photos weren't proof and they had deleted their surveillance footage. Fast forward to the end, the garage and the company denied responsibility due to so-called lack of evidence and delayed report of incident. The truth is that Patricio was hiding the incident and they deleted the evidence while rejected mine.
Throughout this experience, this garage and its management was unprofessional, full of lies, lacking respect for the customer. The last bombshell of this story is, even after causing this trouble, they said to me "You are welcome to park elsewhere." THAT'S IT! I am done trusting this garage and parking there anymore.
Please allow me to make a prediction. Looks like the HQ reads reviews. They may reply to this asking to verify the encounter. But I've lost faith in dealing with its management. I am just being an ordinary neighbor raising flags for you among many other victims. Like I said, you be...
Read moreWorst parking experience ever. The guy who work here put me on second floor all alone by myself for more than half hour and not letting me out. Almost calling 911. And this guy who work here has severely threaten me that even though I paid for monthly parking, he will never ever get my car out. All these are because, he cannot open my car properly using my key, and he blamed me on my key is not functioning well. At the beginning he is saying since I forget to left my key in the car, I have to pay $50 penalty. But when I show him the evidence that the key is in the car, also I use my key to successfully turn on my car, he still ask for penalty, and threatening me if I don’t pay, don’t leave.
He never listen. He said it is busy and since the car did not start successfully, their work has been affected. But everyone knows how their work is. They often let people waiting for the car for 20-30 mins, even though we send the message half or one hour ago, still standing there like an idiot just waiting for car coming out. His time is time, ours are not. He cares nothing, only 50 dollar penalty fee, don’t even mention the key is actually in the car.
Yes whenever I mentioned how many times I was waiting for them, waiting for the stupid elevator to work, they don’t care, no one care, they tried their best to ask for money, to gain money in crazy...
Read moreI am a resident of Skyline Tower and have a monthly parking space. I dropped off my car and only use it on weekends. Upon getting it the following weekend, the front bumper/spoiler on my car had been damaged, cracked, and chipped.
I filed a claim and didn’t hear back for over a month. I had to call and follow up for an update just for them to provide me with a status update of a rejected claim. Justification for rejecting the claim was because I had briefly departed despite having clear photo evidence with time stamps, revealing that the car was pulled out 1-2 minutes after the valet service brought the vehicle to the front.
Despite my photo evidence, it is clear that they opted to not utilize my photos with the appropriate time stamp in their review. They likely used the valet guy’s photos which are dated at a later time. I’ve requested to check the tapes to reconcile my alibi but pro park has been uncooperative and now it looks like there’s a good chance I’ll have to pay for their damages caused, out of pocket.
The moral of the story is twofold - (1) get a camera in your vehicle because propark’s valet services cannot be trusted; (2) consider other parking alternatives...
