I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the communication I have received regarding the Asbestos supervisor refresher offered by your organization.

Despite repeated efforts to follow up, I have yet to receive the necessary link to complete the online course today 12/28/24 This delay has caused frustration and has impeded my ability to meet the required deadline.

Clear and timely communication is essential in ensuring a seamless process, and I am disappointed by the lack of responsiveness in this matter. I kindly request that the course link be forwarded to me immediatelly to me before the course starts at 7am. And the responses that I do received from Ando secretary it was hang the phone on me which I considered unprofessional and lack of solving issues with prompt professionalism.

Please confirm receipt of this email and provide a prompt resolution to this issue. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to improve your communication processes to prevent similar issues in the future.

I finished my asbestos project monitor class on April 22 and got a temporary license, which expires after 45 days. ANDO sent my papers to DOL on May 19! 27 days later!!! DOL received papers on May 23 and it usually takes 5 to 6 weeks to process them. So ANDO left me without a job for more then a month and i dont even know how to pay my rent now! ANDO is the worst experience i ever had and anyone who goes to ANDO should be aware of the fact that they might get their license 3 months later! Don’t count on ANDO. The most unreliable company ever! Leaving people who count on them...
