Penelope is a magician! I have been seeing her for over a year now and I have to say, I am blown away by the results. From my very first appointment, I was greeted by this warm, hysterical angel that I felt like I knew my whole Life. Once I saw the amazing cut and style she gave me, it was game over. Penelope takes the time to really listen to what I want, offering expert advice and suggestions while still prioritizing my preferences. Penelope's skill and creativity is evident in every snip and stroke, and the end result for me every time is nothing short of stunning. My hair looks and feels incredible since I started going to her.

Penelope is a doll and also shares tips and tricks for maintaining and styling at home, which I really appreciate.

Also, her new salon is so beautiful, bright and modern, with a relaxing atmosphere that really makes you feel at ease.

I am grateful to have been a client of Penelope's for almost 15 years. I don't live in New York anymore and I won't get my hair cut now unless I'm visiting the city and it's Penelope doing the job. I've tried stylists all over the world but I can't say I haven't met many who are as professional, personable, kind, and good at their job as Penelope is. As someone who generally hates getting my hair cut, she makes it something I look forward to when I travel to New York. She knows I don't get my hair done often and always give me a cut with that in mind that looks amazing the day I get it and six months down the line as it's growing out. Penelope is an extremely talented stylist and truly a gem of a person. I was introduced to her during a very hard time in my life: right before I was to start chemo for breast cancer treatment at just 33. I wanted to cut my long hair into a short style to start acclimating to what was to come. Penelope gave me an amazing hair cut that brought me joy and a hopeful feeling like I was at a new beginning, even though it was for scary reasons.
