Roseyard Aesthetics is a clean, chic, and modern spot with some of the most advanced equipment on the market, like the Sciton BBL platform (forever bare & forever young). The staff is polite, professional, and proactive, and they carry high quality products like Alastin. So far, I have done Laser hair removal and Hydrafacial with the amazing Olga. I have had great results and a wonderful experience and plan on doing Botox and forever Young BBL here too (also with the amazing Olga).

I found Roseyard Aesthetics through Sciton’s website because I was specifically looking for a place that had the Forever Bare laser (BBL/IPL). It is unquestionably the most advanced, effective, and safe laser on the market for hair removal, and have noticed great results after just the first treatment (third treatment in a couple weeks).

Other than the one negative laser hair removal reaction, I have had nothing but the best experience here.

If it helps anyone, here is some more information on the reaction I had to the laser hair removal, and how I dealt with it effectively:

I only had an adverse reaction on the first session (for reference, I am a Fitzpatrick III/IV with dark brown hair medium/fine hair, so it’s not unexpected to have some sort of reaction every once in awhile), and it was on an area that was already much darker than the rest of my body.

My reaction consisted of a week of itching and mild hives and a spot burn with post inflammatory hyperpigmentation that took about 2 weeks to heal. First of all, don’t freak out. This stuff is normal happens even in the hands of the best practitioners. I am not a doctor but I strongly suggest the Vagisil maximum strength for the itching (you will thank me later; it is the best anti-itch cream in terms of comfort and the effectiveness of the active ingredient benzocaine), Claritin (recommended by Roseyard team) for hives, and a post treatment chemical peel like the Cosmelan or less aggressive Enlighten peel after the skin has healed from the burn to treat any residual pigmentation (I promise this will remove whatever pigmentation concerns you have).

After my second treatment, I had no issues at all (settings set for type V skin but higher energy — there was also less hair so it burnt less). The team at Roseyard was also great with checking in and suggesting aftercare protocol throughout my treatment process.

I went to Roseyard yesterday and was so happy I did. I tried BBL machine for tightening skin on my face and also removed spider vein from my forehead. I’m super happy with results already even know I need couple sessions to see full results. Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable, cause I had many questions and wasn’t sure which facial I should go for) but we found the perfect combo for me. I do want to try hydro facial from them, cause I tried it in the past and loved it. And lastly I did some procedures with micro needling before and it was painful, but I LOVED BBL LASER, it’s actually so relaxing and almost meditating, no uncomfortable feelings) so will def come back for more!
