I visited the Rothy's store in Flatiron, New York City (134 5th Ave), and received some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I bought two pairs of Rothy's last month and have been super excited to start wearing for work, but when I wore a pair I realized they were too small. Since it was my first time buying any pair of Rothy's, I didn't realize I needed to size up. When I went into the store, Anna was incredibly helpful. She processed an exchange for me and did so quickly. She even worked with her manager to honor the original discount I had used when purchasing the shoes. I know this effort may sound small, but for someone working long hours everyday, it is hard to find time to run errands. So, for my experience to be done so smoothly, efficiently, and kindly makes such a huge difference. Some stores make exchanges stressful and impossible, but the team here made it easy and enjoyable. Thank you for having such a flexible, customer-focused policy. Because of this experience, I'll continue shopping at Rothy's and will happily recommend the brand...

Despite the presence of multiple staff members in the store, none of them greeted me or offered assistance during my visit. The lack of engagement was evident as staff members were visibly observing me but did not extend any welcome or help. This absence of customer service made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a potential customer. Consequently, I chose to leave without completing my transaction. I hope that the store management will address these issues to improve the customer experience...
Read moreMy experience today at the Flatiron location of Rothy’s was exceptional. It was my first ever Rothy’s purchase (although I had admired my friends’ Rothys for quite some time). Anna so clearly explained the sizing to me and Sushi chimed in about the fact that they don’t stretch. Marlie was helpful in my ultimately choosing a seasonal color vs a more standard option. The entire team was super sweet to my dog, Jules too. This type of experience exemplifies why I love in person shopping. We will definitely be back when we return...
