The level of service and support this organization provides is outstanding. I've used them 3 times and each time they've gone above and beyond. The General Manager of the Visa Section, Syuzanna Arutyunyan is wonderful to work with and extremely responsive, and they have a great relationship with the Consulate and the visa processing agency. For my last trip to Russia my travel plans had to be made with a very short lead-time, which required a very short turnaround time to get a visa, and they really came through. I literally had to pick up my passport on the way to the airport. The day of, Syuzanna was in constant contact on the progress and worked with me to find the ideal time and place to meet. We met at the visa center, walked in together and she had me on my way in minutes, passport with fresh visa in hand, with plenty of time to make my flight to Moscow. I recommend...
