I had the BEST experience at the Safavieh storefront thanks to Mehzabin (Mez) Chowdhury! I came in looking for a rug for my new apartment, and Mehzabin went above and beyond to help me find the perfect one. She took the time to understand my lifestyle and walked me through the different rug materials, helping me choose something stylish, durable, and within budget, which I really appreciated.

Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish. She was warm, knowledgeable, and even offered us sparkling water while we browsed. Even after we left the store, Mehzabin stayed in touch to ensure the delivery process was smooth and stress-free. Her communication was prompt and helpful every step of the way.

Came in to check out rugs since I learned about this store from Google search. I was the only person in the store and got pretty cold customer service. When I asked some questions the answers got me even more cold shouldered/judgy answers. Checked out items then left. I’ll probably check out other brands or go with the “lower end” quality they sell via 3rd parties like Amazon and Bed, Bath and Beyond even tho they also store Ralph Lauren...
