Saint Laurent — Local services in New York

Recently did some gift shopping at this Saint Laurent location...and the experience and service did not disappoint. The prices are high but the standard of service is higher. Impressive.

Called ahead to find various items. The representative was super helpful and found the items I was looking for, send me pics of them, and put them on reserve for me to pick up later.

This Saint Laurent is very much a clean design experience. No clutter, no mess. Very modern. High ceilings. Classically sleek with touches of warm woods against shiny metals and glass. It's an elevated but not stuffy feeling. Everything is expertly displayed and merchandised. The reps on the floor can walk you the goods as well as pull things from stock or order them if they aren't in-store.

Saint Laurent is luxury brand with prices to match, but you get what you pay for...exemplary products and service. From the retail space to the items on shelf...it's all seamless.

Went there on November 13th between 3:45pm - 4:30pm when visiting New York with my girlfriend and parents. Girlfriend wanted to gift me a belt for my bday but the dismissive, passive aggressive attitude from white male tall guy, and black girl on third floor made me feel very bad. Judging us by what we were wearing probably. Like we didn’t belong in there.
