We recently contracted Seasons A Floral Design Studio for our wedding at Gotham Hall in NYC.

Their store on 53rd Street and 8th Ave is a magical place we frequent throughout the year with exceptionally talented and attentive staff. They have a phenomenal selection of gorgeous fresh cut flowers from all over the world. We knew instinctively by the way they decorate their store and treat their customers every day that this was the florist we wanted for our wedding.

Not only are they a top-notch florist, but they are very reasonably priced as well. We worked with Gerald Palumbo to design our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. He is an absolute joy to work with, extremely creative, an incredible visionary, passionate and enthusiastic in his work. We knew we didn’t want traditional floral arrangements on every table, but we couldn’t exactly describe what we wanted either. We gave Gerald the words “tall” (to reach up to the dome ceiling at Gotham Hall), “whimsical”, “wispy”, “romantic”, “summer like”, “playful” and he turned our few simple words into absolute magic!

Our wedding was over the top spectacular – Gerald and the staff at Seasons managed to bring the feeling and scent of a summer day in Central Park into Gotham Hall! We will never forget the moment we walked into our wedding – it truly took our breath away, and we kept marveling at the beauty all around us the entire night. We truly felt like we had the best of worlds – a romantic indoor wedding at a gorgeous venue with the feeling of outdoors!

The “Oohs”, “Ahhs” and “Wows” fell from our guests mouths as soon as they arrived at our wedding and continue over a month later. We could hardly wait to return to the shop after our honeymoon to share all the wonderful feedback and our photos! Do not walk – run to this absolute gem of a florist for your wedding, special event, or even better…...

I've had mixed experiences here. One time I got a snake plant and they did a great job. The second time, we agreed they were going to pick up a plant for me at a nursery and then they never did. They said they would call me back in a few weeks and never did. I went in about a month later to ask how things were going and they basically said they didn't do anything. It's also strange because sometimes something looks good in the shop and they will say it's not for sale and saved for someone. Sure that's fine, but how am I supposed to know what I can buy? I find purchasing things here very confusing because I said I wanted a plant and they agreed and then they basically just ghosted me even though they said they were on it. Especially at the high price point I wasn't happy with my experience here. Anyways, I found another place to buy plants and they did a great job at a much more reasonable...

My husband and I have been ordering from Seasons for years and can’t go to another florist.
