Very unprofessional, disrespectful and double standards of a company. They don't care about you as a person nor as a professional. They're a disservice to it's clients and employees and it amazes me how they still can hold on to a contract. The company is practically a revolving door when it comes to employees and staff. This company talks a good game and on paper it looks great, but in practice and reality, they're terrible across the board. I highly recommend those to stay away from this horrific company that has little or no standards at all, they have no respect, and they don't hold themselves responsible nor accountable of their illogical decisions and irresponsible actions, and there's no growth at all with this company. It's a waste of time and they will ruin your health, mood and sanity while working for them. This company is a disgrace and it shouldn't be allowed to be operated, and they're notorious for letting people go for no reason without conducting a proper investigation, or they make one up to get rid of you. They take advantage of the "at will" to work policy which is criminal, and they get away with it most of the time. They're also known for not answering questions of why you were let go or being transferred, and they always dodge and deflect as much as they can to avoid answering tough and direct questions. This company takes a long time to respond to any questions and concerns which is unprofessional and disrespectful. I Stand for my Rights Of Free Speech. Whatever I say on here is in my experience.

Unprofessional. Plays loud music in the office and catch personnel dancing in the office like it’s a disco. They don’t pay attention to emails sent with simple instructions. Always takes you off schedule. Want to write you up for non sense when they don’t know how the site is run. Poor to No Comminication skills between office workers and Security Personnel. Always having you bounce from site to site. Always try to violate your Human Rights. They FIRED one guard who worked a triple shift and was falling asleep on duty when he begged them he needed rest. Some sites you work a 12 hr shift and the staff don’t allow proper relief so you can relax and eat lunch comfortably. Dispatch doesn’t seem to understand that when you work 12 hr back to back you’ll be late due to exhaustion and lack of sleep. One particular site will complain that you eat to much when you order food when your in the right to have food. This company is not for a long term rest of your life type job. Thank GOD I got what I needed and don’t need them anymore. There’s No Vacation Pay. No Sick Days.........NOTHING. OMFG God forbid you call out once they want a Biography of why your calling out. All other guards told me they never had a hard time calling out. If I called out it was a disaster. In all my life doing Security I never had a hard time in my life...

I worked for security USA some years back. And i came back this year in March and was fire in july. I am still honestly in short of words on how this whole thing was handled. I started an internship which will conflict my security Job on the weekdays in June and i called the office to inform them of my dilemma... i spoke to both my account manager and scheduler and asked them to remove me from those days because i know i will always be late for those 6 weeks. Well they told me to continue working... and i will take uber to work from bronx to queens to try my best to get to work by 4:30pm to 4:50pm. One day the site supervisor came in at my site. Asked of my tie. Took a picture of me and left. The next day when i cam to work. Someone else was doing my shift. Ni communication, no email, no call.. nothing. Not even a warning. No courtesy whatsoever.... Honestly what they said i did do not warrant instant termination. But i guess they are the boss and can hire and fire when and how they please.
