I’ve been seeing Fabien since 2018 for Keratin treatments, and they are truly in a league of their own. My hair has never been healthier. I have fine hair with some stubborn frizz and odd curls at the roots, and his Keratin treatments smooth everything out without sacrificing volume or the ability to hold a curl. It’s made my hair so much easier to style, and I get way more out of my haircuts as a result—less heat, less effort, better results.

Following him to Sharon Dorram was a no-brainer. The salon itself is elegant and welcoming, with a team that is incredibly responsive and professional.

About two years ago, I also started getting my hair cut by Fabien after my longtime stylist moved abroad. I’ve trusted him completely to help me find styles that feel fresh, flattering, and easy to manage as my face changes with age and weight fluctuations. He’s thoughtful, skilled, and always makes me feel like the best version of myself.

This salon is the epitome of unprofessionalism, with an astoundingly rude and dismissive staff that seems to have zero grasp of basic customer service. Every single visit has been with wait times of 15 to 20 minutes despite having scheduled appointments — a clear sign they do not value their clients’ time.

The final straw was when I was delayed for the first time due to traffic and courteously informed them in advance. Rather than offering any understanding or flexibility, I was met with hostility. One staff member in particular, Sandy, was especially unkind — her attitude was downright nasty, and her tone made it clear that my presence was an inconvenience.

Even more disappointing was my colorist, Meghan, who witnessed the rudeness firsthand and said nothing. Her silence spoke volumes about the toxic culture tolerated at this place.

Lucy is a GEM! I went in for a haircut correction and she absolutely nailed the cut I wanted. She’s super knowledgeable about curly hair and recommended some products for me to try. (Thanks Lucy!) Also, no one has ever been able to straighten my curly hair without a flat iron before but she was able to do it with a round brush and blow dryer! So impressed!
