My printing print out was terrible off pale . I tried to communicate with this printer

I got the following response

Vivian is our broker, you are her retail customer, she is supposed to take care of your customer service. A broker is supposed to communicate with retail customers and let us know if there's any requirement.

The colors we see on screens/monitors are RGB color, printing is CMYK color, it will never come out exactly the same. If you are my retail customer, I would have told you this, or if Vivian told me that you want to match color, I would have told her that. I am not trying to get away, it's that in the printing industry, if want to match color, we must have something to match, and CMYK can NEVER match to RGB. Hope you understand, this time i am trying to be nice to help Vivian to solve customer issues for once only, i don't communicate with broker's...
