I used the 2 good to go app, after submitting my order my wife and I went to pick up my order within the time allotted for pickup. Upon arriving we let the individual behind the counter know that we were there for that specific purpose they notified one of the employees who then went about the store randomly picking various items. Upon getting home what we had thought was going to be a nice experience, we got home and we opened the bag to find the items that were chosen by the employee. We received for $6 and change a pack of molasses cookies, vitamin water, saltines, a loaf of sourdough bread. Upon further inspection of the bread, we saw that it was as hard as a rock on the outside it was so tough that it was seriously difficult to cut it even with the serrated knife meant for cutting tough things. We understand the surprise boxes that this app offers and the business adheres to promoting, yet for something like this, you cannot be picky about it but that is one thing and something completely different is that they put items that are rotten or unable to consume that is not only cruel but inhumane. Moving forward my wife and I would advise anyone who purchases anything from this store specifically to double check and triple check before you actually go to the counter and pay for anything, and if anything is a miss in terms of it being unable to be consumed or it's completely rotten or such like, bring it to the proper individual's attention so that way you can either get stuff that is ripe and consumable or you can bring it to their attention and get a serious discount on...

Few months ago , including today, I specifically asked for an item to be added to my sandwich. I asked specifically if you have "Sauerkraut" , in which they said yes. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and requested suakerrat to be added. They confirmed they have it and have added it. I walked almost 25 min back to my office-no Sauerkraut.
I called the Deli Owner/worker behind the counter. I was so specificic this time and was taken aback that this happened a second time, same scenario.
I asked how this could be rectified, further explaining that this happened twice with the same issue. First time, they lied and said they had it and never added it (went back later that day brought the sandwich in and exchanged it for a lunch platter which was tasteless).
Today- They requested I come back for a $1 refund. I explained that does add up, taking the bus and /or walking 20 min for $1 is not helpful. I spent a total of $20 dollars to give this business a second chance...
